Glimmer’s in-app purchases are one-time, non-consumable unlocks (for example, the full-game unlock or an additional story volume). All purchases are priced, billed, and processed by Apple through the App Store; Zero Point Labs never receives or handles payment card or account credentials. Purchases are charged at the moment you confirm them and unlock immediately inside the App — there is no physical shipment or delivery delay. Because these are digital goods, we do not offer returns after a purchase completes; refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and any statutory cancellation or refund right under your local consumer-protection law applies regardless of this policy.
